The Bolognese ragu can be prepared earlier and you heat it when it’s time to eat.
Store it in cling covered film glass container for about 2-3 days.
You can also freeze if you want.
ADVICE
There are many traditions that are associated with the Bolognese sauce recipe.
The pork should be very fatty called pancetta in jargon. The bovine one should be coarse grained for the rustic consistency of the ragù.
